If any of the provisions contained in this Agreement be determined to be void, invalid or otherwise unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such determination shall not affect the remaining provisions contained herein. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the province of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.

12. Third Party Advertising: We use Google and other third-party advertising companies to serve ads when you visit our Web site. These companies may use information (not including your name, address, email address or telephone number) about your visits to this and other Web sites in order to provide advertisements on this site and other sites about goods and services that may be of interest to you.

To pay respect to our Sirens, we scanned many photographs, not counting many searches over the web. Various copyrights still belong to the respective publishing companies and photographers. Not one of the various pics here are owned by us or are on sale. This site was created for homage purposes only.
